NEW! Finance Committee

During the annual association meeting (11/16/2024), the board approved the formation of a finance committee. This group is tasked with establishing a capital reserves project cost estimate and schedule. Committee chair is Matt Perry. All unit owners are welcome to volunteer.

HOA Payment

Our 2025 monthly HOA fee is $210 per unit. Payments can be made monthly or in advance (quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) by mailing a check to:
